To book a retreat with us, each participant must accept these Booking Conditions.
– A non-refundable EUR 400 deposit is required to secure your spot and request a room choice. We will do our best to accommodate your room request.
– Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Little World of Yoga. No contract exists between us until this confirmation is sent.
– 100% of the remaining balance must be paid by September 8, 2025. Failure to pay within 14 days of receiving the final invoice may result in cancellation of your booking, retention of payments made, and application of cancellation charges.

You may cancel your retreat at any time. To do so, the cancellation must be made through email by the person who submitted the booking form. The cancellation will take effect on the day we receive your email notification.
The EUR 400 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit of EUR 400 and transaction charges.
If your cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, no refund will be provided.
If new COVID-related travel restrictions force us to cancel the retreat, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Alternatively, we will try to reschedule the retreat and offer the option to transfer your booking and payments to the new dates. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled retreat, you may choose to receive a credit note for any future retreat with no time limit. Should you prefer a full refund, we will process it within 14 days. The EUR 400 deposit can also be transferred to any future retreat with no expiration date.
It is mandatory that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance that covers activities during the retreat, including travel delays, cancellations, curtailments, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Your insurance must also include coverage for any claims related to Coronavirus, such as cancellations due to illness, travel restrictions, or quarantine requirements.
Flight bookings are the responsibility of the guest. Please confirm flight details with your airline before departure and return.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, appropriate visas, and any required vaccinations or health-related documentation.
Travel insurance is mandatory, and you must provide proof before the retreat. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund.
We expect all guests to behave respectfully and professionally towards other guests and staff at all times.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior, including excessive intoxication, will not be tolerated. One warning will be issued, and if the behavior persists, you may be asked to leave the retreat at your own expense without a refund.
You understand and agree that Little World of Yoga is not liable for any injury, illness, delay, loss, or damage incurred while attending the retreat, whether due to travel, activities, or use of facilities. You participate in all activities at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the retreat.
Little World of Yoga is not responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or government actions. In such events, we will make every effort to reschedule or issue refunds as appropriate.
By booking this retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and are physically able to participate in the activities offered. Please consult your doctor before attending if you have any health concerns.
By participating in the retreat, you consent to being photographed or filmed and agree that Little World of Yoga may use these images and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.
In the unlikely event of any dispute arising from your participation in the retreat, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion in good faith.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of India, and any legal action related to the retreat shall be brought in the courts of Trivandrum, India.
Little World of Yoga reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
