YES! Whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or have never tried it, you will feel right at home with us. For the last few years, we have had the honor of sharing our meditation & yoga retreat with everyone from other yoga teachers to people who have never stood on a yoga mat.

It is always good if you have some previous experience in the form of practice. It instantly puts you at ease and comfort. Having said that, it isn’t mandatory. We will guide you at all levels whether you are a beginner, at an intermediate level, or a practitioner. The urge to learn and dive deeper into practice is of prime importance.

Yes. All the classes are conducted in English.

We conduct the retreats all over the world, mainly in Goa, India & Bali.

We are inspired by everything from dynamic Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, and Vinyasa flow yoga to calmer techniques such as Yin yoga and Restorative yoga as well as guided meditation, sharings, pranayama(breathwork), yoga nidra, and mantra meditation. 

We have wonderful yoga mats on site that you can borrow, but if you have your travel yoga mat, you are of course welcome to bring it!

Achuthan has founded the Little World of Yoga and teaches at all the meditation & yoga retreats.
Darshini teaches at all meditation & yoga retreats with a therapeutic approach to yoga practice.

Everyone who works with holding SPACE on our meditation and yoga retreats is internationally certified by the Yoga Alliance (RYT) and has a solid background in working with people in meditation, yoga, therapy, and breathing.
