It’s not just a practice; it’s a journey of self-discovery, balance, and well-being.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga yoga, sometimes referred to as Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, is a style of yoga that was developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and T. Krishnamacharya in the 20th century.

Vinyasa Yoga

Like hatha, vinyasa yoga is a general term that describes many different styles of yoga. It means movement synchronized with breath and is a vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations

Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective
