Our Story

The master behind Little world of yoga are Achuthan and Darshini. They inspire and motivate students to develop a consistent practice, helping them overcome challenges and progress on their yoga journey. Yoga class is a safe and welcoming space for students to practice yoga, fostering a sense of community and support within the class, promote overall health and well-being by teaching students how to reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance mental clarity Ultimately achuttan and darshini play a vital role in helping individuals lead healthier, more balanced lives by sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with their students.

Midalam Achuthan

Midalam Achuthan

Achuthan (Achu) started practising yoga as a teenager. For him yoga is about transformation. His spiritual journey started at his childhood and as a teenager he started to practise asanas.

Darshini Prajapati

Darshini Prajapati practices yoga and is dedicated to give yoga as a therapy to people. She has been inclined towards and involved in spirituality since childhood.

Ashtanga yoga, sometimes referred to as Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, is a style of yoga that was developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and T. Krishnamacharya in the 20th century.

Vinyasa Yoga

Like hatha, vinyasa yoga is a general term that describes many different styles of yoga. It means movement synchronized with breath and is a vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations
